We reserve the right to void an order. Possible reasons for our actions are:

1. Fraud or Unauthorised Transaction.

For orders paid through Paypal, we will run checks to ensure that they are legitimate. We may void an order and return the Paypal funds if we suspect a case of unauthorized use.

2. Error in Pricing.

There may be instances of wrong pricing due to human error during data entry.

Secondly, there may be instances of severe fluctuations in the market price of collectible cards, which require time for us to make changes.

Therefore we reserve the right to remove/amend any item from an order. Alternatively, we may counter propose a revised price for your consideration.

3. Non-Payment.

We may cancel/amend an order without notice if payment is not received within 30 days of the order being made.

When a customer places an order, it is merely an offer to Asianmagickards.com. It does not equate to a contract. Asianmagickards.com may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or for other reasons.

The contract is established once all these events occur:

1. Buyer places an order.
2. The order is paid for by the buyer through one of the payment options and received by Asianmagickards.com.
3. The order is shipped by Asianmagickards.com and a notification email is sent.

The sale contract between buyer and Asianmagickards.com is deem to be binding once the order has been shipped. Should the order be void after payment had been received, Asianmagickards.com will refund in full via Paypal to the buyer’s account.
